Left you can see the parts cut out of 1.5 mm steel plate for the construction of two buckets.Right you can see that the middle plate is bended in shape.
Left you can see that the big bucket is welded completely,and the small bucket is put together with some spot welding.The bended plates in front are going to be welded on top of the buckets.
Left you can see that the bended plate on the top of the bucket,and the adaptor plates are welded,also on the outside of the bucket the reinforcement plates at the outside of the bucket are welded on.Also you can see here how the adaptor plates fit in the quick coupler.Right you can see the difference in size of the buckets,the big one is 120 mm wide,the small bucket is 70 mm wide.Next thing is to add the tooth and some more reinforcement plates to the curved side of the bucket.21 februari 2014:

Left you see the original bucket that I want to make in model size,a skeleton bucket that is mostly used at demolition projects.Right you can see that I cut the strips from a plate on the milling machine,and after that I bend the strips in the desired shape.
